AI Family Tree terms of service details: AI Family Tree lets you create, understand, sync and export family trees. Early-access features may change, but a purchase covers the specific delivery stated on the pricing page at the time you pay.

AI Family Tree terms of service details: You are responsible for your account and for having the right to record or share information about other people. You retain ownership of the family content you enter. Signed-in projects sync to your account; anonymous projects remain local to the browser.

• AI Family Tree terms of service: Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, processed by Stripe.
• Complete Family Tree ($19.90): all templates and high-resolution, watermark-free downloads for one selected family saved in your account. You may edit that family, change templates and download again without another payment. Other families require their own purchase. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Existing Premium Template Pack and Premium Export purchases retain their original account-level template or family-level export rights. These plans are no longer sold. Existing Print Pack orders retain their original delivery and revision terms.
• AI Family Tree terms of service: Physical printing and shipping are not included.

AI Family Tree terms of service details: Request a full refund within 14 days if an order has not been delivered or materially differs from its description and we cannot correct it. Email support@aifamilytree.org with the order number. Refund timing after approval depends on Stripe and the customer’s bank.

AI Family Tree terms of service details: A completed full refund removes the related paid access. Partial refunds are reviewed manually and do not automatically remove access. Access is paused while a payment dispute is open; it is restored if the dispute resolves in our favor, and removed if the payment is reversed. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled. Your saved family content is not deleted by a refund or dispute.

AI Family Tree terms of service details: Do not use the service to expose private information without permission, harass, impersonate, commit fraud, bypass paid access, attack the service or violate the law. We may restrict accounts that create safety, security or legal risk.

AI Family Tree terms of service details: Relationship labels depend on the information entered. Print-Fit is guidance and cannot guarantee a particular printer’s output. Keep your own exported backup of important work. During early access, the service is provided “as is”; to the extent law permits, our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
