  • Edit that family, change its template and download again without another payment. Other families are purchased separately.
  • Existing purchases keep their original rights. Your saved family data is not deleted when paid access ends.
  • Full refund within 14 days if an undelivered or incorrect order cannot be resolved.
  • Stripe processes card details; AI Family Tree does not store your card number.
